We are seeking a Manager of Business Development to own and grow our affiliate channels and strategic partnerships. This role is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, managing, and optimizing partner relationships that drive lead generation at attractive unit economics, and deliver on strategic objectives.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, affiliate management, or marketplace businesses.
- Demonstrated success driving lead generation and managing partner economics.
- Strong comfort with numbers, performance metrics, and financial trade-offs.
- Experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing partner relationships independently.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with performance-based compensation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear, professional communication skills with external partners.
