Role Description
Are you ready to lead cutting-edge enterprise-scale web application development? Trissential is hiring a Development Lead – MERN Stack to join our client’s team and drive innovation across large-scale solutions. This is your opportunity to combine technical leadership with hands-on development in a collaborative, Agile environment.
- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Design solutions and lead conversations for design approvals.
- Drive adoption of new features and technologies across full-stack development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
- Ensure best practices are followed by the team (clean, maintainable, efficient code).
- Implement responsive UI components for seamless user experiences.
- Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IT with proven expertise in MERN stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and NestJS.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with Git and version control best practices.
- Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, responsive design).
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Requirements
- Experience in Insurance Domain projects (Bonus Points).
- Hands-on exposure to AI tools like GitHub Copilot (Bonus Points).
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment (Bonus Points).
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in JavaScript frameworks or full-stack development are a plus.
