[Remote] Senior Accounts Payable Processor (100% Remote)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. IDR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Processor to join one of their top clients in Sacramento, CA. This role involves managing high-volume invoice processing and payments for a leading healthcare organization, contributing to system modernization and supporting a dynamic finance team.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex invoice and payment processing tasks, including handling 1099 forms, physician payments, and reimbursements.
• Manage vendor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments while adhering to organizational policies and tax regulations.
• Conduct audits of weekly payment files, reconcile accounts payable transactions, and process upload files.
• Utilize Lawson (Infor) for invoice processing and OnBase for workflow routing and approvals, supporting the transition to Workday.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies and support process improvement initiatives.

Skills

• Over 5 years of accounts payable experience, ideally within a large or healthcare organization.
• Proficiency in Lawson (Infor) and familiarity with OnBase; experience with Workday is advantageous.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
