Responsibilities

• Work from anywhere with a flexible schedule (full-time or part-time)
• Use warm, inbound leads—absolutely no cold calling
• Collaborate with a team and get support from experienced mentors
• Operate independently with self-discipline and integrity
• Help families secure protection plans tailored to their financial needs

Skills

• Must be a US Citizen or have Permanent Residency
• A self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented individual
• Strong desire to succeed, grow, and make an impact
• Comfortable working independently without micromanagement
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate
