Mental Health Therapist (Fully remote, must reside in Maryland)

We’re looking for a compassionate, skilled psychotherapist to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy, and have the opportunity to specialize in areas like anxiety disorders, OCD, and trauma, with training and support provided.

FULL-TIME

• W2 employment status with salary (begins at 30 client contact weekly)
• 100% remote option based on certain requirements
• Starting $65,000 for provisionally licensed
• Starting $80,000 for fully licensed
• 2 weeks paid leave + paid holidays

PART-TIME

• W2 employment status with hourly pay
• Starting at $45/hour for provisionally licensed
• Starting at $55/hour for fully licensed
• minimum 15 client contact weekly
• paid supervision
• paid admin time
• paid no call/no show (with limitations)

What we’re looking for

• Master’s degree + active Maryland license (LGSW, LGMFT, or LGPC minimum)
• MUST be a resident of Maryland
• A minimum of 1-2 years of direct clinical practice experience preferred
• Be available to see at least 15 client sessions per week
• Someone who is warm, curious, and eager to learn
• Experience providing mental health services and using evidence-based interventions
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork abilities
