Rqiip, a fast-scaling Saudi-based business consulting and compliance firm, is expanding its global investor network and is now seeking an Investor Sourcing Consultant to support capital raising for Rqiip and its portfolio of SMEs and startups.

This role is ideal for professionals with proven exposure to investment, venture capital, private equity, or capital advisory, who possess strong investor relationships and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage qualified investors (VCs, family offices, high-net-worth individuals).
• Present investment opportunities for Rqiip and its SME/startup clients.
• Qualify interest and manage early-stage investment discussions.
• Coordinate with management on NDAs, term sheets, and deal progression.
• Maintain structured investor pipelines and deal tracking.
• Represent Rqiip in investment meetings and networking events.

• Background in investment, fundraising, financial advisory, or business development.
• Solid understanding of startup and SME funding structures.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Existing investor network is a major advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
