At Rust Wellness (http://www.rustwellnessgroup.com) we are looking for a diverse group of therapists to provide tele-health to patients all across New York, New Jersey and Florida. As a tele-health therapist, you provide counseling services and mental health support to clients over video conferencing software. Your duties vary depending on the type of therapy that you provide. You communicate with each new client to assess their needs and create a treatment plan based on your assessment. During each subsequent tele-therapy session, you work on the treatment plan and adjust as necessary.

• Establishes positive, trusting rapport with patients.
• Diagnoses and treats mental health disorders.
• Creates individualized treatment plans according to patients needs and circumstances.
• Meets with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Interest in working with LGBTQIA+ clients
• Be able to take on at least 10 clients
• Interest in working with Couples
• Conducts ongoing assessments of patient progress
• Refers patients to outside specialists or agencies when necessary.
• Maintains through records of patient meetings and progress.
• Follows all safety protocols and maintains client confidentiality
• Contributes to practice by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
• Current with all state licensing requirements, including LCSW- Must have your Clinical License, LMHC, LMFT, PHD, LPC
• At least 1 year of clinical experience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $60.00 - $110.00 per hour
