Job Title: QC Analyst – SAP BRIM (PTC – UBOS)

Location: Mostly Remote (Hybrid; candidates within 1.5 hours of Middletown, PA preferred)

Duration: 12 Months

Job Summary

• The QC Analyst will lead and execute quality assurance activities for SAP BRIM and related enterprise systems, ensuring accurate testing, defect management, and compliance with PTC's SDLC and quality standards.
• This role involves collaboration with business and technical teams, preparing test documentation, and supporting system deployments and post-go-live activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow SDLC processes to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery.
• Participate in design reviews and translate functional/technical specifications into test requirements.
• Develop test strategies, plans, test cases, and scripts; map requirements in Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Lead and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for SAP BRIM components, including Convergent Mediation, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, FI-CA, and Subscription Billing.
• Conduct data migration, financial reconciliation validation, and API/interface/middleware testing (SAP PO/CPI, CRM connectors).
• Validate billing processes, charges, pricing configurations, payment flows, and revenue accounting.
• Assess and document defects, perform root-cause analysis, and maintain quality metrics and dashboards in ADO.
• Collaborate with QA leads, stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to improve processes and ensure readiness for production releases.
• Support SIT, UAT, PI cycles, Go-Live, Showbacks, and Hypercare phases.
• Document test plans, scripts, technical/functional designs, impact analysis, and lessons learned according to Commission standards.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and IT standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years in Quality Assurance with deep expertise in enterprise application testing.
• 2+ years hands-on SAP BRIM testing experience (billing, invoicing, payment processing, FI-CA).
• 2+ years Dynamics CE application testing.
• Experience with end-to-end, integration, regression, and data migration testing.
• Skilled in API testing, backend validation, SQL queries, ETL/interface testing.
• Experience testing internal applications (CSR), web apps, ERP systems, banking/financial systems, and tolling domain applications.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps test/requirements management and Microsoft Office 365.
• Bachelor's degree in business management, information systems, or related field.
• Relevant QA, SAP, or ITIL certifications are beneficial.

Preferred Skills

• Enterprise CRM/ERP transformation experience.
• 2+ years in tolling applications or transportation industry systems.
• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM practices.
• Experience in reporting validation, financial reconciliation, or BRIM revenue processes.

Engagement Requirements

• Primarily remote, but onsite presence in Middletown, PA required for specific cycles, Go-Live, Hypercare, and orientation.
• Must be within 1.5 hours of Middletown, PA for hybrid requirements.
• Adhere to all IT standards, security policies, and remote work guidelines.
• Completion of ePATCH and National Criminal Background Checks required prior to engagement.
