Shopify E-Commerce Growth Operator

Overview

TennisIncShop.com seeks a Shopify specialist to build and optimize product bundles and checkout upsells to increase average order value and online revenue contribution.

Responsibilities

• Create and test 2–3 racquet and footwear bundles
• Implement 6+ checkout upsells and AI product recommendations
• Maintain online SKU inventory accuracy
• Deliver a 30-day optimization roadmap weekly
• Prepare weekly revenue and AOV forecasts

Requirements

• 2+ years Shopify experience
• Proven success increasing AOV using bundles/upsells
• Experience installing conversion apps (AI recommenders preferred)
• Ability to manage freelancers

Compensation

• $800–$1,200/week contractor (part-time to start)
• KPI-based bonus after 6 weeks of validated improvement

KPIs (must own)

• Increase AOV from $100 → $140+ within 3 weeks
• Grow online revenue share to 40%+ of total blended revenue

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
