• Take full ownership of research projects for our clients - define the requirements, search strategies, candidate archetypes, and target companies for the project.
• Be actively involved in hands-on sourcing and identifying new talents via LinkedIn or other online platforms.
• Ensure the utmost quality on these projects and an exceptional experience that will have clients coming back.
• Participate on data strategy and come up with concrete ways we can leverage and re-commercialize past research efforts.
• Build relationships with clients, manage stakeholders, and provide strategic guidance.
• Own the delivery of our research service.
• Improve the quality of our internally built AI research tool.

𝗦𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗱

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿

• Previously worked at a recognized executive search brand and seen best-in-class processes.
• 4+ years of experience working in international executive search research and delivering on complex leadership hiring mandates.
• Experience managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Self-driven, get-it-done attitude.
• Passion for research.
• Exposure to business development activities and experience with generating revenue is a nice to have.
