We are building an AI companion product designed to feel less like a chatbot and more like a real conversational partner.

We are NOT looking for

• AI architects
• Backend engineers
• Infrastructure or LLM integration experts
• Prompt engineers focused only on Q&A flows

We are specifically looking for an AI Persona Training Expert — someone who understands how to shape personality, conversational depth, memory, tone, and engagement in AI companions.

What We Have Today

Our current AI personas can

• Answer basic questions
• Respond politely and accurately
• Handle simple conversational prompts

What’s missing

• Depth
• Continuity
• Initiative
• Personality consistency
• Natural, flowing conversation

Right now, conversations feel like

“Hello.”

We want to move beyond that.

What We Want to Build

We want AI companions that

• Talk like real people, not interviewers
• Don’t wait for the user to ask questions
• Can carry a conversation naturally
• Share thoughts, reflections, opinions, and stories
• Stay consistent with who they are (personality, tone, worldview)
• Remember their identity and conversational style over time
• Master a topic and explore it creatively when prompted

If a user says

“Let’s talk about life, music, faith, relationships, or memories…”

The persona should

• Take initiative
• Explore the topic deeply
• Introduce related ideas naturally
• Sound like a friend talking, not an assistant responding

Your Role

You will help us

• Design persona identity frameworks (who this AI “is”)
• Shape conversational behavior (when to speak, reflect, continue, pause)
• Train tone, emotional style, and conversational rhythm
• Create strategies for initiative-based dialogue, not reactive Q&A
• Define how personas “remember who they are”
• Improve long-form, flowing conversations
• Elevate user experience to feel emotionally engaging and human

This is creative, psychological, linguistic, and experiential work — not engineering.

• AI companion design
• Conversation design for AI characters
• Character writing or interactive storytelling
• Psychology, coaching, counseling, or behavioral science
• Voice assistants, AI friends, or role-based AI systems
• Persona development for games, simulations, or immersive experiences
