Hours: 30 hrs/week (6-hour shifts, 5 days/week)

Astra Media is hiring 4 experienced female NSFW chatters to join our private team and support a high-performing OnlyFans creator. This is a chat-only, behind-the-scenes role with no face, no calls, and no live appearances required.

We are looking for women who can write naturally, flirt effortlessly, stay in character, and maintain high engagement while driving sales in a respectful, on-brand way.

🌙 POSITION DETAILS

• $15/hour
• Remote (U.S. only)
• 30 hours per week
• 6-hour shifts, 5 days per week
• Chat-only role (no face, no video)
• Paid training
• Long-term growth potential

🕒 AVAILABLE SHIFTS (Choose 1–2 preferred options)

We operate daily between 7 AM and 1 AM EST.

Shift A: 7 AM – 1 PM EST

Shift B: 1 PM – 7 PM EST

Shift C: 7 PM – 1 AM EST

Shift D (Floating): Assigned weekly based on coverage needs

(Examples: 9 AM – 3 PM, 11 AM – 5 PM, 3 PM – 9 PM, etc.)

💬 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to subscribers using the creator’s brand voice
• Maintain natural, engaging conversations that feel real
• Roleplay with confidence and emotional intelligence
• Communicate consistently and quickly during your shift
• Drive sales using PPVs, bundles, and upsells
• Follow all SOPs, scripts, and personality guidelines
• Submit end-of-shift reports
• Protect all internal information and maintain confidentiality

✨ REQUIREMENTS

• Female (brand-specific requirement)
• Must live in the United States
• 18+ ONLY
• Strong English writing & conversational skills
• Comfortable with explicit, adult texting
• Reliable availability for assigned shift
• Ability to stay in character and follow tone guidelines
• Experience with OF/NSFW chatting preferred (but not required for the right fit)
• Fast response times and strong emotional intelligence
