Create a basic shipstation packing slip template with html code

We are an online ecommerce store using shopify to sell flowers and shipstation to print our shipping labels and packing slips. We want to print the customer's gift message on the packing slip and need help creating the code to pull the gift message from the customer's order in shopify into the packing slip template in shipstation.

We want it to be 4 x 6 landscape orientation with our logo at the top, the gift message in the center, and a link to our care instruction page at the bottom. The gift message pulls from the buyer notes on our orders.
