Online Community Discussion Forum Management

The Home Centered Care Institute (HCCI) is seeking part time support to help manage and consistently engage members within our HCCIntelligence™ online Discussion Forum, a core benefit of our professional membership community for home based medical care professionals.

The Discussion Forum is designed to foster peer to peer learning, idea exchange, and practical problem solving among clinicians, practice leaders, and industry experts in home based medical care. We are looking for support to ensure the forum remains active, welcoming, well organized, and aligned with HCCI’s mission.

Key responsibilities include

• Monitoring discussion threads for activity, professionalism, and relevance
• Prompting and seeding conversations to encourage ongoing member engagement
• Highlighting timely topics, best practices, and common challenges for discussion
• Supporting expert led and peer driven conversations
• Helping identify trending questions or insights to inform broader educational efforts
• Ensuring members feel acknowledged, supported, and encouraged to participate
