VB Desktop Application Wanted

This job requires delivery of source code in visual basic for debugging and expansion in Visual Studio

Desktop application with a size of 1920 x 1080 Black background

High contast visibility of elements on the screen (mostly white font on black background)

Screen wil consist of a matrix of Integers and bits in rows and columns to populate the matrix

The matrix of data will be saved to a PC in a readable format like excel or CSV

The saved data matrix file can be loaded, saved and edited on the main screen

the data matrix will be used with a 2 dimensional array

Data matrix array will consist of 99 rows with the following per row shown in columns

Integer known as the "Step Nunber"

Integer known as "Settle Time" (Seconds) 1000 equals 1 second

A row of 16 bits knowns as 0-15 "Outputs"

Integer known as "Alarm Time" (Seconds) 1000 equals 1 second

A row of 16 bits knowns as 0-15 "Inputs"

Integer known as the Go to Number"

The step number will start at top of the matrix until it reaches the middle row of the list displayed

When the highlight is at its middle display position, the data matrix will change as it progresses

When the highlight step number being executed gets to the end of the matrix, the high light will descend to the end

When the inputs bits (remote serial data input) are satisfied to match bit for bit

The step number being executed will jump to the step number as commanded from the "Go To Number"

Bits in the Outputs and inputs will be colored Green Back/Black Font and for 1s

Bits in the inputs and Outputs will be colored Red Back/White Font for 0s

Bottom of the main screen will have x controls

Stop Button

Start and Stop buttons will toggle each other and control when the sequence is operating

When in "STOP" mode A mode button will appear with 3 modes as following

Each de-press of this button will change its mode such as "Run Mode", "Manual Mode" , "Program Mode"

In Program mode the matrix can be edited on screen

When changed to Run mode, or Manual mode the matrix is saved to the local PC file

In manual mode the matrix step sequence is executed 1 step at a time using Step Next, or Step Before buttons

Manual mode activated buttons "Step Next" ir "Steo Beofre" change the step number based on the matrix
