Visionary UX / Product Journey Designer Needed

We’re searching for someone with real vision. Not a UI decorator. Not a wireframe factory. We need a product thinker who can take a powerful but rough, hobby-level app and transform it into a polished, consumer-ready experience that feels effortless from the first click.

The current product works, but new users feel lost. We want someone who understands how people learn, how they build confidence, and how to guide them from confusion to clarity.

This is about psychology, behavior, and journey design.

What we need you to do

• Audit the entire user journey end to end
• Identify where attention drops and where friction builds
• Create a structured onboarding flow that teaches without overwhelming
• Turn complexity into simplicity using smart UX patterns
• Build guidance, tooltips, nudges, and intuitive pathways
• Shape a product story that pulls users through the experience
• Prioritize changes that create immediate user comfort and momentum
