[Remote] Growth Lead - Embedded Payments

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ValPay is building the next generation of embedded payments, helping SaaS companies transform payments into a new line of revenue. The Growth Lead will own the partner-to-merchant revenue lifecycle in the United States market, focusing on acquiring software partners and driving revenue growth through embedded payments.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and grow software partner accounts: Prospect, pitch, and close Saas platforms by positioning embedded payments as a revenue engine
• Identify and develop growth opportunities: Target regions or verticals with the highest potential and shape localized outreach
• Own partner relationships: Collaborate with partner sales teams to activate and scale merchant accounts
• Drive full lifecycle adoption: Orchestrate your pod to ensure smooth onboarding, product adoption, and revenue expansion
• Lead with influence: Be accountable for the metrics and Align pod members around ambitious commercial goals

Skills

• 5+ years in B2B sales, partnerships, or growth (SaaS, fintech, or payments)
• Experience selling to or partnering with software companies/ISVs
• Strong mix of commercial skills and technical comfort
• Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Builder mentality: self-motivated, proactive, and not afraid to cold call or go after big accounts
• Background in PayFac, embedded finance, or SaaS partnerships
