Agency Sourcer

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Agency Sourcer to join our talent team. If you thrive in high-volume, fast-paced staffing environments and know how to hunt down hard-to-find candidates across multiple platforms, this is the role for you.

We need a proactive, assertive communicator who isn't afraid to pick up the phone, cold call, and write high-converting outreach emails to engage passive talent. You will leverage top sourcing platforms and ATS databases to keep our candidate pipelines loaded.

Key Responsibilities

• Cold Calling & Direct Outreach: Proactively outbound, cold call, and email passive candidates to pitch open roles and generate candidate interest quickly.
• Multi-Channel Sourcing: Headhunt top talent using advanced search techniques (Boolean logic, X-ray searching) across LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, and niche databases.
• ATS Mining: Dig into, organize, and re-engage dormant talent inside our internal ATS.
• Screening & Qualifying: Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate technical fit, wage expectations, availability, and overall motivation.
• Pipeline Management: Track daily metrics, submittals, and response rates to refine outreach strategies and maintain a steady flow of candidates.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Agency / Staffing Experience: Minimum 2+ years of dedicated sourcing or recruiting experience within a fast-paced staffing agency environment (required).
• Exceptional Communication & Cold Outreach: Proven ability to cold call, draft compelling emails, and pitch candidates with confidence.
• Tool Mastery: Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, major job boards (Indeed, Monster), and staffing ATS platforms (preferably Bullhorn).
• Speed & Agility: Comfortable handling high requisition loads, shifting priorities, and aggressive submittal targets.
