Disclosure Support Team - RESPA

We are seeking a Disclosure Support Team specialist, to assist our growing mortgage company in preparing and sending loan disclosures to potential customers. Previous industry experience is a plus, but is not required. This job is fast paced and customer service oriented, we are looking for a candidate who will thrive at communication.

Compensation $35,000-$45,000

Responsibilities

• Reviewing mortgage documents prior to disclosure.
• Answering loan officer questions concerning charges and loan documents.
• Effective communication and positive attitude

Qualifications

• Highly detail oriented
• Ability to communicate via email and phone with company personnel.
• Capability to multitask as business needs require.
• Encompass knowledge preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
