• Write and maintain comprehensive tests to ensure high code coverage.
• Actively participate in improving continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes.

Requirements

• Full-time dedication.
• This is a hybrid position based in Medellín, Colombia, requiring 3 days per week in the office and 2 days working remotely.
• Candidates must be located in Medellín, Colombia.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional backend development experience with PHP frameworks, preferably Yii2, Laravel, and/or Symfony.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience building SaaS web applications and REST APIs using SOLID principles.
• At least 3 years of experience writing tests with Pest, PhpUnit, or Codeception, achieving high code coverage.
• Proven professional experience in refactoring code by applying SOLID principles.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and Github Actions.
• Working knowledge of monorepos and micro-frontends.
• Demonstrated ability to select appropriate methods and techniques to obtain effective solutions.
• Capability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and programming languages.
